Oh my goodness. She is darling! I can't believe she is already two months old! The GF cookie recipe I made by subbing gf flour (with xantham gum in it) for the regular flour in this recipe- http://smittenkitchen.com/blog/2013/01/intensely-chocolate-sables/
You would have to further modify to remove the butter... maybe coconut oil or else just go with margarine. We may be going dairy-free here again for long-term as Eliot's tummy issues seem to be coming back. Sigh!
