I love being a SAHM

We had a GREAT day today. We went to music class this morning. Madeleine wore the adorable froggy dress that my friend made and it was quite the hit! She showed everyone her "Pink Froggies." Then the teacher incorporated frogs several times in the class and she was thrilled!
Afterwards, we went to visit my old college roommate, who has a 3 year old daughter and a 2 month old daughter. I had a great time hanging out with her! The girls played great together in the backyard. Of course with all the toys out there they both choose to play in the pile of dirt. They were really cute - working together with their shovels to fill each other's buckets. My friend also gave me several newborn All in one and pocket cloth diapers - they are SO SO cute and small! I can't believe his little butt is going to be that small. Thank you V!
When we got home we had lunch and Madeleine took a great nap. I got to sew a little and talk to some friends, then made cabbage rolls, roasted broccoli, and sweet tea for dinner. Love my days as a Stay at home mom :)
Baby update - have had ZERO contractions today. He is due in less than two weeks so I know he'll be here soon enough! I've really felt great all day. Oh and also, Ambien, where have you been all my life!! 1/2 a pill last night and I had the best night of sleep I've had in MONTHS!!! I don't even think I got up to go to the bathroom, which usually happens at least 3 times. It was fantastic :)

I have some anti-nausea meds that give me about ten minutes before I conk out entirely. I've been holding off taking them though because I'm worried what might happen if I have to try and 'hold it' ALL night. ;) Yikes!
Glad you had such a good day and I'm pretty impressed that you even made cabbage rolls!
